The first time I went to Gilgal was with a very special woman. She lived nearby. I was blown away. Completely blown away ever since. It’s definitely been my favorite park in Salt Lake City. It’s honestly also been a great place to go out on a date. It’s kind of my go-to. The little hidden park right in the city. I’ve also looked at history about it and read everything I can about it so when I go there, I’m kind of a little tour guide. I’ve actually done something like that before. I have also been down and out and basically had to stay there. I never slept a night there, but I spent a lot of days just laying on that grass thinking about life, looking up at the Sphinx. So, do I have stories? I have many. Gilgal is amazing. It’s my unicorn among parks.
